FAQ's for Preschool Directors
Q: How can I find out more about portraits for my preschool?
A:To speak to a Client Services Representative, contact us or call (800) 230-4602, extension 201. We'll be glad to put a sample pack in the mail to you today.
Q: Are discounts offered to staff members?
A: Yes, staff members receive a 50% discount off any portrait purchase of their children.
Q: Will you photograph infants?
A: Yes, our photographers are trained to photograph infants, but let us know ahead of time.
Q: Will you photograph my staff with their own kids?
A: Yes.
Q: How many backgrounds do you offer?
A:We have a variety of background settings to choose from. Contact us and we'll send you samples.
Q: What do we do if some students are absent on picture day?
A: In most cases, we'll set-up a make-up day, but you'll need to check with your Splendid Portraits Client Service Representative to be sure.
Q: Is the school responsible for portraits not returned by parents when we use the Non-Prepay Program?
A: The school is not held responsible as long as you hand out our reminder literature and keep track of which parents have not returned or paid for their portrait packages.
Q: Using the Non-Prepay Program, what do I do when everything is collected?
A: Instructions about how to return collections will be included with the portrait packages when they arrive. In addition, we'll telephone you to see how things are going and to answer any questions.
